Internet and web recruiting leadership:

Our reputation as leaders in the development, creation, and usage of internet-based recruiting methods is unsurpassed. More importantly is how we¹ve incorporated these new approaches into the executive search industry while maintaining more traditional methods.

We are frequently approached to provide consultation to various non-competitive organizations and career related web sites. Some of the web-based career sites that we have had significant influence in helping design and develop have become award winning, nationally acclaimed sites.

One such example is:
www.njcareers.com which received the following awards:

  • Top 500* among on-line career sites nationally.
  • "Deemed Tops" Award, by nationally renown author and lecturer Barbara Ling**.

We've written articles on the subject of using the internet for recruiting as well as for job searching which have been published in numerous magazines including:

Business Education Guide*** titled the "Web Corner"
NJWebguide (web based career column)
ERE (nation's leading on-line distributed E-zine for executive recruiters)
Fordyce Letter (nation's leading print publication for executive search)

Despite what we've shared with others through consulting or with the press, we have reserved the most sophisticated techniques and developments for the exclusive use of our clientele!
