About The Company
Publicly traded but small “family-owned” atmosphere billion dollar P&C carrier with unique niches and rates which are competitive nationally
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS in business or similar (such as management/economics/marketing/risk)
- Minimum of 5 years experience handling healthcare claims
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical malpractice claims required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Travel to TPA locations to conduct audits 25%
About the Position:
- You will oversee the overall handling and adjustment of claims
- Prepare, review and distribute reinsurance reports as necessary
- Ensure liability and settlement evaluations by the adjuster are appropriate and within the claims agreements, guidelines and authority
- Salary up to $85,000/annual plus performance bonuses and Excellent Benefits
